Amaris Construction Update

Construction on the superstructure of the Amaris progresses as shown in these recent photos.

Located in Washington D.C., the Rafael Viñoly Architects-designed 12-story, 96-unit, residential building serves as a portal to The Wharf, a more than 3.2 million square foot, world class, mixed-use development along the Washington Channel of the Potomac River. The building’s curvilinear form allows for highly flexible interior layouts, expansive views, daylight deep within each residential unit, and creates a recognizable and distinctive form along the waterfront. The building will also include 16,000 square feet of retail space at street level that will open out to The Green, The Wharf’s new 1.5 acre public park.
