This project provided much-needed additional parking spaces near the Teatro Colón, the most important concert hall in Argentina. Along with the landscaping redesign of a three-block-long public plaza, the proposal called for the construction of a below-grade parking facility. Two levels deep and a full block wide, the garage offers direct access to the Colón’s entrance lobby.
